Events 2009

28th November  2009           - Module Day

Our final group event of 2009, saw us with a reduced number of modules available due to a combination of other commitments and illness of some members. Never the less we had sufficient modules to create an interesting layout running both the main line and third / upper line, which were kept busy running members stock. The opportunity was also taken to modify the wiring on the double station module to improve overall operations.

In addition to the modules Kelvin brought along his own Layout Carshill, which a compact but highly detailed modern image through station.

As in previous years the Hornby collectors group were holding a meeting in the hall opposite, so there were a series of exchange visits between the two groups on the day.
