MEMBER’S ROUNDUP
OPEN DAY
Hi all, it’s that time of the year again, March 21st Open day. We have 4 layouts and the modular layout.
Brian is bringing his revamped layout, should look good, Alex, our lady member, has built her first layout, which will be on show at the hall.
Dave is bringing his smaller layout, as he is building a larger one at the moment, see it in the club workshop, John is bringing his German layout, and of course the modules, a 3x1, featuring Trevor’s army depot.
And finally, Richard will be keeping the club workshop open for viewing.
I do hope members will come along and help with building and pulling down layouts, and arranging the hall, if not come along and support us sometime during the day.
It’s always nice to see members and have a chat.
If you can help, the hall will be open from roughly 8 to 8.30, doors open 11, shut at 4, all put away by 5.30 to 6, depending on help.

NEW TOYS
Class 121 with speed whiskers by Dapol, secondhand from eBay.



Note also the new bridge, kitbashed from a Scalescenes plate girder bridge kit. It replaces a pretty poor plastic one.
